Membership terms

• Your membership costs $20 for the first month, charged today. After that it renews automatically every month at $60 until you cancel.
• The membership has a 6-month initial commitment period, starting today.
• Membership fees are separate from cleaning charges. As a member each cleaning is billed at $30/hour (non-members pay $50/hour), with a 3-hour minimum. Cleaning charges are billed per cleaning, not as part of the monthly fee.
• You schedule each cleaning by calling us at (917) 822-2730.
• You can cancel online at any time from your account, by email or by phone. When you cancel, no further monthly fees are charged and your membership stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
• If you cancel before completing 6 paid months, your first cleaning is charged at the regular price of $50/hour instead of the member price of $30/hour: we charge the difference for that cleaning to your card on file. There is no other cancellation fee.
• We will email you a confirmation of these terms, how to cancel, and a receipt for every payment. We will notify you before any change to your membership price.
